WE’RE BACK!
Norwich Sewcials is happy to announce that we can resume our in-person events. We’ve had a little re-vamp and hope you will be pleased with what is to come!
Our monthly meet-ups will be replaced by larger quarterly meetings taking place at The Willow Centre. This will allow us to spread out, do demonstrations, bring you fabrics and a better quality of sewing community gathering.
Our first return to seeing you all again will be on the 7th September 2020
Norwich Sewcials Night

Please join us in our new Sewcials home for an evening of all things stitch. What to expect:
Arrival from 7pm (come in at any time, very informal)
Pippa will be doing a demonstration of basic machine maintenance and cleaning for anyone wishing to watch (approx. 7:30pm)
Tea, coffee and refreshments in the room
Fabric and Pattern Donation Table
If you’ve had a clear out and wish to donate any old patterns, haberdashery or fabric you no longer want – do bring this along. We’ll be popping out tables for maximum fabric rummaging. (Don’t worry if you haven’t brought anything, you can take things anyway 😊 all we ask is that everyone ‘respects the table’)
Seating and general sewing chat
Problem projects – bring your questions and sewing problems and we’ll try and help you out!
All levels welcome – those just thinking of getting into sewing, beginners, and experts alike. An open and friendly environment to meet and learn. Cardholder Members and Non-Members alike.
(Please note we cannot accommodate under 14’s for insurance purposes).
*The Willow Centre offers a bright and spacious environment, free car parking, changing rooms, toilets and disabled facilities. As this is a hired room, we are kindly asking for a £3 fee to cover our costs and join our activities for the evening. Get your ticket below!
Walk-ins on the night are allowed however correct cash only please. Thank you for understanding x
Covid-19: The Willow Centre is a highly maintained establishment with an excellent cleanliness regime and adherence to all guidance. The wearing of masks is requested in the main building however this is of course now optional in our meeting room. We kindly ask you respect everyone’s space and please do not attend if feeling at all unwell.
