It’s a Sewing Bee!!
Come and join Norwich Sewcials for an un-bee-lievable evening and help us make a swarm!
In conjunction with the Make a Beeline project started by ‘Grans on the Make’ we’ll be hosting a charity ‘sewing bee’ for the evening in order to raise awareness of the importance of protecting our pollinators and increase bee-friendly habitats – through the medium of all things crafty!
Whether you want to knit, crochet, sew or needle-felt a bee – come on down and bee part of the hive!
We’ll have various kits available to buy with donations being made to the Make Beeline project, together with patterns for sale so you can keep your bee population growing even after the night is over.
Make a Beeline is on a mission to create bee corridors the length of the country with participants featuring on their map of the most bee friendly areas.
This promises to be a fun and informal evening and everyone is welcome. If you want to bring your own supplies and join in feel free, otherwise grab one of our bee kits and get buzzing!
Time: 6:30pm onwards, just arrive when you can, no rules 😊
Location: The Forum, Norwich
Price: £5 for craft kits
